Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning - Version 8.0.2 to 8.0.2 [Release 8]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) to BSP, when you run a 'Calculate' for a single COA and then re-run the same 'Calculate' at the node level for the COA, you get different results in the output.  Comparing the data in the RES_DTL_xxxxxx for the two Calculates, the Ending Rate and all rate related Financial Elements (FE) have different values.

For example, for FE 120, Ending Net Rate, the following exists in BUCKET_001:

Single value execution:
PRODUCT_ID: <ID>, RESULT_TYPE_CD: 1, FE 120: 272,159.15

Node value execution:
PRODUCT_ID: <ID>, RESULT_TYPE_CD: 1, FE 120: 394,333

Different results exist for other rate-related Financial Elements also: 130, 160, 170, 330, 360, 370, 440, 450, 500, 515, etc.

You did not have this issue in BSP - only after installing BSP  You expect the results to be the same whether you run the Calculate at the node level or level0.
