Allocation adjustment in parent account to child account is not showing in parent account's newsfeed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From Billing Care:
1. Create a parent account (p1)
2. Create a child account (c1) that will pay by p1
3. Do an adjustment on p1, and allocate this adjustment to c1
Expected Result:
This allocation adjustment shows on p1
Actual result:
No allocation adjustment shows on p1's newsfeed
