Billing Care : "Assigned To Me" Filter Not Working (Doc ID 2258055.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Billing Care,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is observed that the filtering of suspended payments by “Assigned to Me” is not working. Also when a user tries to filter suspended payments by “Assigned to Me” second time, the option “Assigned to Me” itself is NOT available to that user.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as idm user (CSR)in BillingCare.
2. Creating Suspense payment in Billing care.
3. Assigned suspense payment to CSR.
3. Add filter "Assigned to me" Suspense.
4. Verify Suspense payment assigned to CSR displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------

Filtering of suspended payments by “Assigned to Me” should work fine for a CSR user.
