Gantt Chart Doesn't Render Properly On CDI User Interface (Doc ID 2258303.1)

Goal

On : 2.3.0.0.0 version, Common Dispatcher Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Gantt Chart doesn't render properly on Common Dispatcher (CDI) User Interface

User have setup the Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Development environment for client in Turkey. Although the application starts-up properly and MapViewer configurations seems to be fine but when you go Menu > Service Management > CDI It doesn't shows the action buttons properly. When you hover to that area, you are able to see the blue rectangular box but not the actual icons PLUS the Gantt Chart doesn't seems to properly render on the CDI User Interface.
