In Authorization and Coverage Regimes Cannot add Tranche Amount (Doc ID 2258402.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.16.1.0.6 version, User Interface

In Authorization and Coverage Regimes, tranches can only be added with number of units or number of days, but not with amount.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OHI application, navigate to Configuration-->Benefit Rules-->Coverage Regimes Or Authorization Regimes.
2. Search for a coverage regime.
3. Add a tranche to the coverage regime with some amount in it.
