Unable To Login with SYSADMN User after Enabling SSO (Doc ID 2258450.1)

Symptoms

On 8.0.2, user is unable to login with SYSADMN or SYSAUTH user after enabling Single Sign On (SSO).

Error:
stuck @ validldaplogin.jsp and throwing the below error message
11777 User ID/Password is invalid


Steps:
1. Enabled SSO. 
2. Try to login with SYSADMN nor SYSAUTH and error above.
3. Created a new user with an option SMS AUTH enabled still getting the same issue.
