Unable To Login with SYSADMN User after Enabling SSO (Doc ID 2258450.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.2 version, Installation

Unable to login with SYSADMN or SYSAUTH user after enabling Single Sign On (SSO).

Error:
stuck @ validldaplogin.jsp and throwing the below error message
11777 User ID/Password is invalid


Steps:
1. Enabled SSO. 
2. Try to login with SYSADMN nor SYSAUTH and error above.
3. Created a new user with an option SMS AUTH enabled still getting the same issue.
