MDM DataConnect Issue: Date/time Does Not Contain Time Zone (Doc ID 2258479.1)

Symptoms

DataConnect consumption extracts from MDM contain date/time in the format: yyyy-mm-dd,hh.MM.ss no time zone is included in the data.

Time is needed in ISO 8601 format (i.e., combined date and time with offset: "2017-03-09T00:53:42+00:00").
