Received Overage Inventory Not Tracked in RWMS (Doc ID 2258497.1)

Symptoms

After receiving overages, containers of that extra received items are not there in CONTAINER table and along with this inventory is not being reflected in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) after receiving of overages. Details are only there in OVERAGES_TO_UPLOAD table, but the inventory is not being tracked.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create Purchase Order (PO) for 2 units of an item in RMS.
2. Create appointment for that PO in RWMS.
3. Receive that PO and while closing that appointment, receive extra 2 units of the same item on RF Overages window.
4. Close the appointment.
5. Check container of those extra received units of the item in CONTAINER_ITEM table, it is not there.
