For Unavailable & Unassigned TN Search is not Returning Result (Doc ID 2258803.1)

Symptoms

In UIM version : 7.3.4.4

1.) Create a TN using GUI e.g 9876543210.
2.) From summary page, under actions, deactivate the TN.
3.) Now go back to search page, enter rangeFrom as 9876543210, rangeTo as 9876543210 and Assignment Status as Unassigned. Click Search.
4.) Expected Result : 9876543210 should be returned. Actual Result : No TN is returned.
