OSM silent installation fails when WebLogic Server is set to Production mode and Switch-Database set to Yes

OSM silent installation fails when you are trying to do silent installation of OSM 7.3.5.
Weblogic server was installed in production mode and Switch-Database parameter was set to Yes in install-cfg.xml.
The silent installer logs shows a message- "(Apr 20, 2017 11:33:38 AM), Setup.product.install, com.mslv.oms.installation.OMSInstallAction, msg1, The Order and Service Management server database cannot be changed as the server is in Production Mode."
