Toggle Group buttons don't reset for new events on Event Details.
A customer has configured in some new toggle buttons that behave like radio buttons which work just fine on the UI. However, if the operator tries to load a new event that has not yet been saved (so there currently is no entry in the PICKLIST_UPD_TR table), the selection from the last event remains as the default selection for this new event.
New events should always start off with all the toggle buttons unchecked.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a Event in Event Details.
2. Set the values for the toggle buttons
3. Save the changes
4. Open a new event that has not had anything set previously in Event Details.
5. Observe that the toggle buttons are not reset.
A group of toggle buttons were added to the Event Details configuration.
