Primavera Unifier patch is not reflecting within WebLogic or within the Primavera Unifier User Interface

When using WebLogic 10.3.6.x or 12.1.3..x, a Primavera Unifier patch was downloaded from My Oracle Support > Patches & Updates tab and installed onto the Primavera Unifier application server using the steps Unifier Libraries Document Library. 

Following the steps of the Unifier Installation and Set up Guide for WebLogic Application Server, from within the Documents folder of the patch, the version of the .ear file within the WebLogic Deployment folder is reflecting as the original version and not the upgraded version. 

Logging into the Primavera Unifier application and selecting Help -> About Unifier also reflects the original version and not the new version.
