Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
“Uses Timesheet” flag is still set even though a user account does not EXIST.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
“Uses Timesheet” flag should not be set when a user account does not EXIST.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6.
2. Go into Resources, Administration, Resources.
3. Look at the Uses Timesheets column.
4. See some Resources checked that should not be there.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see accurate info about Resources that “Uses Timesheet”.
