ODEE Msg "You Do Not Have Administrative Permissions" Signing Onto Documaker Administrator (Doc ID 2259465.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.5 version, Enterprise Edition

When attempting to sign on to the Documaker Administrator a window appears with the message "You do not have administrative permissions". It was verified that the user attempting to sign-on was assigned to the Documaker Administrator group.

A review of the dmkr_server-diagnostic log showed messages that the user could not be inserted:


ERROR

Cannot insert explicit com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: value for identity column in table 'DMKR_ENTITIES' when IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Attempt to sign-on with the User's credentials

Due to this issue, user cannot sign on to the system.
