Symptoms

When the page trigger location is changed in Experience Manager the change is not reflected in preview.
When editing a page in Experience Manager if you change the location the page triggers at and then click 'Save and Preview' this change doesn’t take effect.
You have to click on the tree menu on the left side of Experience Manager and re-select the page before the new location is reflected in preview.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Log into Workbench and open Experience Manager for Discover.
2. Under Rules, open Web > Brands > Pages > Brand - Canon
3. In the 'Editor' tab, select mainContent > Rich Text
4. Press 'Edit text' button, make a small modification, and hit 'ok'.
5. Hit 'Save and Preview' button and wait for the page to be refreshed in Preview --> The change shows up as expected.
6. Hit 'Keep Editing' and repeat Step 4 and 5 -->The change shows up as expected.

Changes in Rich Text do not cause this issue.

7. Re-select the same rule from XM Tree and remove 'product.brand.name > Cannon' location
8. Hit 'Save and Preview' button and wait for the page to be refreshed in Preview --> 'Your Selections' shows 'Brand' 'Cannon' still.  This is not an expected behavior.
9. Hit 'Keep Editing', add back 'product.brand.name > Cannon' location.
5. Hit 'Save and Preview' button and wait for the page to be refreshed in Preview --> No change. 'Your Selections' shows Brand Cannon still.
7. Re-select the same rule from XM Tree and hit 'preview' --> 'Your Selections' shows Brand Cannon still
8. Hit 'Keep Editing' and remove both search term 'cannon' and 'product.brand.name > Cannon' locations.
9. Hit 'Save and Preview' button and wait for the page to be refreshed in Preview --> 'Your Selections' shows Brand Cannon still.  This is not an expected behavior.
10. Re-select the same rule from XM Tree and hit 'preview' --> Now the change is reflected.  No more 'Your Selections' section.

This issue seems to occur when location is changed.
