ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RateManager 5.2 Upgrade Issues - Table Imports

We are experiencing several issues after upgrading our system to 5.2, with several issues being around the tables.

1. When we create a Local Table, it shows up under Globals
2. We can not import data into a table, from tab-delimited or excel
3. High number of users locked out of tables when not editing, leaving us to deactivate session every time.
