Performance Issue: Thread Completion Time Vary Significantly for the Initial Product Determination (C1-TXNIP) Process

On RMB v2. against FW v4.2.0.3:

Concern on Transaction Validation and Initial Product Determination (C1-TXNIP) Process.

The batch threads for the Initial Product Determination (C1-TXNIP) process are completing but the thread completion times vary significantly.
Currently running this batch in 24 threads. Some days some threads complete in 40 minutes, other threads complete in 90 minutes and some threads run for almost 3 hours.

Also another issue is that this batch is not linearly scaling. Initially, the job was run in 4 threads and now it has been increased to 24 threads.
However, we are not seeing even twice the throughput.

For increasing number of threads, the throughput should be higher.
All threads should complete around the same time for the similar number of transactions.

It is causing slowness in the processing.
We need to understand why all threads do not complete around the same time.
