STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to the Administration page
  3. Navigate to the Data Import & Export tab
  4. Click the Download Integration Templates link
  5. Select "JSON" from the format drop down
  6. Select the appropriate Initiative for "Project"
    1. Click the Download button under the "Search" column for "Project"
  7. Utilize the provided Template to conduct and API call and fill in the value for Project ID
    1. Deliminate the value utilizing the provided Delimiter of " | "
    2. Receive error as return value

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot retrieve multiple Projects while utilizing API calls.
