BRM 7.5 PS17 Intermittent Connection Issues on Red Hat Linux 7.3 (Doc ID 2261037.1)

Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.17.0 version, DM_ORACLE

There are errors in CM connecting to Real Time Pipeline. Sometimes dm_oracle and other times EAI_JS failed to connect. All these services/ports are on a single server.

NOTE: The cm pin.conf entries related to these ports em_pointer, dm_pointer are defined using the server hostname and port. It works with using IP address, and the problem happens only on Red Hat Linux 7.3 randomly, not consistently on a particular port or time.
