Problem:
Billing time discount is considering reserved amount from aggregation counter.
Scenario:
- Having billing time discount for non-payee accounts based on total usage on entire hierarchy
- Configuring aggregation counter at DSG (Discount Sharing Group) owner level
- During billing time, aggregation counter (non currency resource 1002034 for example) will be copied to child account (non currency 1002035) and then billing time discount will provide 10% of total spent between $500 - $3000, 20% between $3000 - $10000 etc.
Result:
Observed that balance of aggregation counter considered reserved amount (any data sessions opened) as well, which is causing incorrect percentage of discount resulting revenue loss .
Query:
Is there any policy hook or some way to exclude reserved amount during billing time discount?
