Store Error: Message File %s Has Wrong Size (Doc ID 2261436.1)

Symptoms

The message size in the store.idx is different from the actual size of the file.

Several errors from the store are observed, such as:

The file size of 200746 from the imcheck output does not match the physical listing file size of 200679 for message number 17418.

This issue is happening across many different users/folders.

One user has complained that he gets an error in webmail of "message unavailable".

The issue is happening thousands of times on Messaging 8.x backends.

Reconstruct does not fix it.
