Address: After the address is saved End date fields should not be disabled
User should have the option to end the active address as the system does not allow two legal addresses to be entered
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Client
2. Add and save an address
3. The “End” date field is disabled
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform proper maintenance.
