Goal

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (NCC) version 6.0.0, the Provisioning Interface (PI) provides a mechanism for manipulating data in the database using an Application Program Interface (API).

The CCSVR1 PI command allows the vouchers manipulations of vouchers stored on the Oracle Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS).

The command can fail in some cases if the service provider is not associated with the PI user:

>CCSVR1=QRY:PROVIDER=ORA,VOUCHER=1234567890,SYNSTAMP=2017042416353307;
<CCSVR1=QRY:NACK:13-PROVIDER ORA does not exist,SYNSTAMP=2017042416353307;

There is a error message associated with the NACK received:

Service provider is present in the database.

SQL> select ID,NAME from ACS_CUSTOMER;

  ID NAME

  1 Boss
