Maintenance page save truncates "seconds" from Date/Time fields

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Using BO maintenance page to modify BO data, even if no data is changed, saving the object causes it to truncate the "second" component from all Date/Time fields on the page (eg. only takes hours and minutes and ignores seconds).
