On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller(OC3C), 6.0.0 version, it is observed that CB10 voucher redemption is not working with multiple beVWARS instances.
When multiple beVWARS instances are configured on the Voucher and Wallet Sever(VWS), the beServer failed to send the Voucher Reservation(VR) and Confirm Voucher Reservation(CVR) to the same beVWARS instance. As a result, the voucher redemption will fail to confirm, causing the user to receive their top-up, but the voucher will remain unredeemed.
The sample debug logs looks as below,
It is also observed that as though the right voucher number is found, two extra digits ("34") are arbitrarily being chopped off.
