To Do Case Log Screen Is Slow On Internet Explorer

Viewing To do Case Log screen is slow in Internet Explorer but really quick when using Chrome browser.
The lag is very noticeable, around 30seconds to 1 minute if the case exceeds 100 records.
IE version: 10
Checking debug log, when using IE, there is one error message like:
OSAMB001 - 064591-349821-1 2016-07-19 10:42:12,484 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '5' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (support.scripting.WrappedW3CDomElement) expected only a single element named logContent but there were 2
com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: expected only a single element named logContent but there were 2
But same debug in Chrome does not report above error.
Installing a lower version of IE is not possible in customer environment as OS version do not allow it. Alternatively, IE version 11 running on Windows 10 on users machine also experience similar slowness.
