NullPointerException When Accessing CSC

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is accessing (logging in) CSC application the following NullPointerException is shown in the CSC logs.
No loss of functionality is observed due to this exception.
Upgraded CSC from version 11.2 to version 184.108.40.206
