RPAS FC: Error in Managed Server "<BEA-000000> <Error Loading Facelet cache: oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.facelets.rich.MDSFaceletCache"

In the Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client (FC), the following MDSFaceletCache error is consistently occurring in the Fusion Client WebLogic Managed Server / Admin Server log, multiple times. The User Interface (UI) is not getting any visibility to the errors occurring in the Admin/Managed Server log. Nor are there errors in the rpas_fc.log or user rpas_D*.log. There is no evidence that this error is causing any loss to RPAS functionality.
