SIM Publishes InvReqCre Message Without Valid Quantities

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) allows the user to request item using the item request functionality without filling in the respective quantity. The outbound InvReqCre message is not processed due to the following error logged in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table;

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to SIM and create an item request using.
2. Add an item but don’t fill in any quantity.
3. Click on REQUEST.
4. Confirm the request
5. Check MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
Notice the InvReqCre message wasn’t processed due to the above mentioned error.
