Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 3.0.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The Convergence UI allows the user to save a value of zero (0) in the "Hours between replies" parameter.
For example, when setting up a vacation auto-reply, the Convergence UI allows the user to click on the "Save preferences" button with the "Hours between replies" value set to 0. Even though it clearly states below the field, that a value between 1 and 300 should be used and a pop-up appears that says "This value is out of range", the GUI still allows the user to save the change. This change gets saved in LDAP and it still present, after logging out of Convergence and logging back in.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. In Convergence, go to Options -> Mail -- Vacation Message
2. Check "Enable auto-reply"
3. Fill in the other fields
4. Where it says "Hours between replies:", enter a zero (0).
