Symptoms
Logging into RDC Onsite and TMS HTML Browser is only working the first time after a server reboot or a restart of the WebLogic OpaServer1 Managed Server.
In RDC, the error is Error In Account Setup
In TMS HTML Browse, the error is Unknown Error
