Refresh Collection Snapshots in Fast Refresh mode doesn't pick recent amendments of sales orders

The Refresh Collection Snapshots program, which is spawned in the source instance (in Fast Refresh mode) by Planning Data Collection process, does not pick the recent amendments of sales orders (shipped quantity/date, request dates amendments, etc).

If Refresh Collection Snapshots is launched manually as a stand alone process in Complete Refresh mode, then the sales order data in the source instance matches data in the planning instance.

Expect that the Refresh Collection Snapshots in Fast Mode should pick up the changes in the sales order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Refresh Collection Snapshots in Fast Refresh mode.
