MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1
Item validation errors is thrown when attempting to edit any piece of equipment.

Recreation Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Management
2. Equipment Inventory
3. Search for a Network Location where equipment is installed
4. Right click on any piece of equipment and select "Edit..." from the pop-up menu
* Item validation ERROR 1 appears
Click OK
* Item validation ERROR 2 appears
Click Yes
* Item validation ERROR 3 appears
Business Impact
Due to this issue, equipment can not be edited.
