Agile LDAP Users Are Unable To Login To Agile Application (Doc ID 2262126.1)

Symptoms

Agile application is successfully syncing the users in java client but are not able to login to the Agile using any LDAP user.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid User ID or password

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrading Agile from 9312 to 935, complete standalone installation and DB upgrade
2. Syncing the users in java client from ldap server.
3. Log into agile web client failed with the error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use ldap user to log into Agile web client
