Last updated on MAY 10, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Price Management - Version 16.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

RPM 16.0, Price Changes

Observe that the payload tables are not populated when creating a price change using item lists (or price event item lists) and a change type of 'Reset POS Price'.
Expecting the payload tables be populated just as when creating the price change using an item.

Steps:
1. Create price change using type "Reset POS Price" and using either 'Item LIst" or "Price Event Item List".
2. Approve price change.
3. Check the tables.
