Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Landis+Gyr - Version 2.1.0.3 to 2.1.0.3 [Release 2.1]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On MDM or SGG version 2.1.0.3, Issue with date time conversion on usage ending on Fall DST crossover 1:00 CST.
The status code of interval from 1:45 CDT to 1:00 CST on Fall DST Crossover day is 10(DST) according to L+G CMEP file since the interval falls in DST. But oracle's assumption is the status code should be 00 (normal) since the ending time 1:00 CST of the interval is on standard time. Due to the different assumption, conversion of date time of the adapter is incorrect and count of intervals is incorrect.
