Purpose
This article will list the various elements which are allowed to be set in a Messaging Over Internet Protocol (MIPT or mipt) script when testing the Short Message Fee Reduction Protocol (SMPP+) as a Short Message Service Center (SMSC) with Enhanced Short Message Fee Deduction (ESMPP or esmpp) running on the Oracle Service Logic Controllers (SLCs).
ESMPP is an OPTIONAL module and does not ship with the standard Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) offering.
