On : 12.2.5.1 version, LoadData

When attempting to export data using export integration interface
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Workflow Manager.
2. Run an workflow with transfer step to export data.
3. It fails.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export data for POM Promotions MV export integration interface.
OBIEE Project is getting delayed because of this issue .
