Symptoms

Item Image URL in Oracle Retail Management System(ORMS) only supports HTTP protocol (no HTTPS).
When adding images URLs to an item using HTTPS protocol in ORMS fails with the following error:

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Login into ORMS.
  2. Go to Manage Item.
  3. Edit an Item.
  4. Go to More Actions > Images.
  5. Click on button Add to add a new item image.
  6. Add an URL image that uses HTTPS protocol.
