Unable To Start Setup.sh Nothing Happened Error on Could not Create Folder sftp

Symptoms
On : 8.0.0 version, Install and Upgrade Issues
When attempting to install PFT 8.0 on silent mode, nothing happened.
$ ./setup.sh SILENT
There is no successful task list, nothing is installing.
Error
InfrastructurePreInstallCheck.log shows below error. The IP address point to web server.
Validation for category POST_INSTALL. STATUS : FAIL
[ERROR]:-Unable to connect to Application component.Provide correct application ftpshare details. Exception message: org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not create folder "sftp://<user>:***@xx.xxx.xx.xx/u01/app/ofsaa/ftpshare/test". Server xx.xxx.xx.xx Port number 22
Steps:
1. Ran schema creator in silent mode.
2. Ran ./setup.sh SILENT command a few times (multiple times due to password issues) but now when attempt to execute the setup.sh script nothing happens. It just returns to the command prompt.
