When launching the View Service Status window from P6 EPPM Web on Windows 8.1, using Internet Explorer 11, the page either crashes, or the spinning ball indicating the page is loading continues to spin and none of the options are clickable. The list of jobs and their status are visible however, log files cannot be opened since the tool bar is not active.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- From a Windows 8.1 Operating System, launch P6 EPPM and log-in to the application
- From the Administer menu, select View Service Status
- The window either crashes, or leaves the spinning icon indicating it is loading, even though the objects appear on the page (including the list of jobs) and the icons (such as view log) do not work.
