FA Completions Are Not Completing in a CC&B / MWM v18.104.22.168 Integrated Enviroment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
FAs are not currently completing in a CC&B environment which is integrated with MWM v188.8.131.52.
Currently, no FAs can be completed from MWM, but status updates are processed successfully.
The SOA Logs indicate that the correct service is being invoked:
<Error> <oracle.integration.platform.blocks.soap> <BEA-000000> <Unable to dispatch request to https://app.com:99990/ouaf/XAIApp/xaiserver/C1FACompletionFieldWork due to exception
oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : Client Error
The Integration shows an error when invoking CCB. The Error message on SOA console when invoking CCB is invalid Date error.
