FA Completions Are Not Completing in a CC&B / MWM v2.3.0.0 Integrated Enviroment (Doc ID 2263480.1)

FAs are not currently completing in a CC&B environment which is integrated with MWM v2.3.0.0. 
Currently, no FAs can be completed from MWM, but status updates are processed successfully.

The SOA Logs indicate that the correct service is being invoked:

<Error> <oracle.webservices.jaxws> <BEA-000000> <Error while invoking endpoint "" from client>
<Error> <oracle.integration.platform.blocks.soap> <BEA-000000> <Unable to dispatch request to due to exception Client received SOAP Fault from server : Client Error

The Integration shows an error when invoking CCB. The Error message on SOA console when invoking CCB is invalid Date error.
