In Customer environment there is a Rule Set on timer expired where TNs are searched using tnManager.findTelephoneNumbers(searchCriterai) API, if the TNs are partitioned (i.e partition column have value) this API is returning no result and if the value in partitioned column is removed then it returns correct result.
