Error No: 13 Description Conversion from string to type 'Integer' is not valid When When E2B Is Viewed As CIOMS-I Or Medwatch (Doc ID 2263737.1)

Symptoms

On: 8.0.1 version, Reports - Expedited

When user open the ICSR Viewer and select CIOMS/MedWatch at the View Format field the following error occur.

 

Error No:13 Description Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid.



Steps to reproduce

1. Import a XML file which the following tags are empty.

2. Go to [Reports] > E2B Pending screen and retrieve the case.
3. Right click on the case and select ICSR Viewer.
4. Select CIOMS/MedWatch at the View Format field.

5. Error is reported
