Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (OCSG) is connected to a clustered Short Message Service Center (SMSC), with two network interfaces that have different IP addresses.
If Deliver_Sm comes from a different interface than the one on which OCSG sent the Submit_Sm there is a problem on managing Delivery Report (DR). OCSG rejects the messages with the 'MessageId is Invalid' error.
