Symptoms


DBCLeanup failed.

Ran DBcleanup in with below command line and it reported an error.

>DBCleanup -fixAll -mbdbs -skipmbscheck

error: [ORA-00001: unique constraint (OMS.LOCATIONS_PK) violated


Finished with fixPartitions...
