Information in this document applies to any platform.
After successfully installing any version of Unifier and configuring the email settings on the Unifier Configurator's Email tab, inbound emails are not being processed into Unifier Project/Shell Mailboxes.
- Users are able to succesfully send emails outbound from Unifier to external email addresses. This uses the SMTP account populated in the Unifier Configurator.
- After adding users to the Unifier 'Approved Email List', external users send an email to the Project/Shell email address but the email is not processed into the Project/Shell.
