Symptoms
In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.2, when you run an ALM process with a Formula Results rule, selecting both "Product / Currency" and "Consolidate to Reporting Currency" in Output Preferences, no Formula Results are output to CONS_DTL_xxxxxx with RESULT_TYPE_CD = 2. You do get results in RES_DTL_xxxxxx with RESULT_TYPE_CD = 2 and you also rows in CONS_DTL_xxxxxxx with RESULT_TYPE_CD = 0. However, you expect to get Formula Results rows in the Consolidated Master table also.
You get the following error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:
Consolidation is not enabled for this process. Will not populate cons_dtl and consolidated master...
But the Consolidate option is selected and, in FSI_ALM_DETERMINISTIC_PROCESS for the process, CONSOLIDATED_OUTPUT_FLG is set to "1".
