JCA Adapter Connections Not Able To Recover After NAP_CONNECT Errors (Doc ID 2264518.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Webservices Mgr & JCA Adaptor

While load testing, it is observed that the number of CMs have not yet reached maximum configured in JCA, but still the JCA is giving NAP_CONNECT error.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Start cm and JCA Managed servers
2. Run a load test by passing orders via JCA adapter.
3. After it is done, let CM die after 15 min timeout. At this time, there is only 1 CM running.
4. Run the load test again
