Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Customer Center
Customer Center “view and edit” tabs were grayed out for Usage in BRM 7.5 PS16.
This field was working using PS06 Customer Center.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------
Only if there are Real-time usage events for a day, “view and edit” tabs are grayed out in Customer Center "Event Advance browser". Otherwise, it is working fine.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Even if there are Real-time usage events for a day, “view and edit” tabs should not be grayed out in Customer Center "Event Advance browser".
STEPS
-----------------------
On a PS16 server using PS16 Customer Center,
1. Create an account with Standard GSM plan on March 1, 2017
2. Advance few days and then send an EDR:
TEL;<MSISDN-A>;<MSISDN-B>;20170302104300;600;0;0;NORM;123456;
3. Check the event browser and see view and edit tabs are greyed out
